The Allegrettos are a student-run, all-gender a cappella group here at Boston University. We bring a unique blend of alternative pop and R&B to our performances. The Allegrettos (or as we call ourselves, Grettos) can be found performing on campus, at events throughout Boston, and for charities all year round. (We even sang for President Obama at the White House in 2016!) We also enjoy competing, with our favorite competition being the International Championship of Collegiate A Cappella (ICCA's). Most recently, we were semifinalists in the 2024 ICCAs after winning Outstanding Soloist and Outstanding Choreography in our quarterfinal. Beyond the stage, the Grettos love forming close relationships with other a cappella groups both on campus and across the country. We’re also big on recording our music! Back in march, we released our newest EP, “Bridges.” You can find our music on any of the major streaming services.
